There\u2019s nothing quite like the aroma of freshly baked bread filling the air\u2014especially when you’re deep in the Argentine countryside. Whether you’re cooking at the lodge or at home, this traditional bread recipe brings rustic simplicity to your table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. In a large bowl, mix water, salt, and fresh yeast until completely
    dissolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Gradually add the flour, followed by the melted fat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it\u2019s smooth and elastic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Divide it into small portions\u2014rounds, ovals, or rustic shapes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Allow each piece to rise until doubled in size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
