Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix water, salt, and fresh yeast until completely
dissolved. - Gradually add the flour, followed by the melted fat.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide it into small portions—rounds, ovals, or rustic shapes.
- Allow each piece to rise until doubled in size.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

- 1 cup of melted fat (beef fat is traditional, but
