H&H Outfitters owns or controls over 20,000 acres in the heart of Córdoba’s prime dove territory. This is not a talking point. It’s the foundation of every other advantage we have.
Because we own the land, we make the long-term decisions: which fields to plant, when to rest them, how to rotate pressure so that bird numbers stay high not just this week, but next year and the year after. We plant crops exclusively for doves using no-till farming methods, which keeps soil undisturbed and grain available year-round. We manage roosting habitat — those dense stands of native piquillín that line the creek beds — as a permanent investment, not a rental.
The result is that H&H is, to our knowledge, the only outfitter in the area that reliably offers excellent shooting throughout the entire year — not just during peak season.

Most outfitters in Córdoba operate a single property. H&H runs three distinct lodges — Guayascate, La Porteñita, and Escondido — each with its own character, setting, and guest experience.

First, it means there’s a right lodge for your group rather than a one-size-fits-all option. Guayascate is the flagship: expansive, luxurious, suited to larger groups that want every comfort. La Porteñita sits inside a working Argentine estancia — traditional architecture, deep local character, intimate and unhurried. Escondido offers a more secluded, private feel for guests who want space and quiet.
Second, it means the H&H team has decades of operational experience across different property types, terrain, and seasonal conditions. Running three lodges at a consistent standard is a fundamentally different challenge from running one. At H&H, we provide two guns per hunter per day.
While you’re shooting with one, your bird boy is loading the other. You never stop. You never slow down. You never wrestle with a hot chamber or fumble shells while a wave of birds crosses overhead. The rhythm of high-volume shooting stays unbroken.
Our gun room carries over 200 firearms — Benelli Montefeltro semi-automatics and Beretta Silver Pigeon over-unders, all in 20 gauge, plus Beretta over-unders in 28 gauge. Stocks are available in extended and shortened configurations. Shoulder pads are on hand. The guns are cleaned and inspected after every use.
This is a logistical commitment that most lodges don’t make. Maintaining and rotating 200+ firearms across three properties takes staff, infrastructure, and a genuine belief that the in-field experience is worth that investment. We think it is.
The Bird Boys Are Career Professionals
Every hunter at H&H is assigned a dedicated bird boy — a trained field assistant who stays with you throughout the day, loads your second gun, tracks birds, and ensures you’re always in position for the next flight.
