Guayascate accommodates up to 20 hunters across 10 individually designed rooms — singles and doubles available, configured to your group's needs. The lodge operates on exclusive use: your group has the full 18,000 sq ft property, staff, and hunting operation to yourselves, with no shared facilities with other parties.
Argentina's Eared Dove season runs March through August, with peak bird concentrations between April and July. Guayascate draws from over 1,500 private acres on the property and nearly 1,000 square miles of managed territory in Córdoba province. Prime dates fill 6 to 12 months in advance — early booking is strongly recommended.
Guayascate features a full spa, infinity swimming pool, a heated indoor Jacuzzi, a private wine cellar curated around Mendoza Malbec, a gourmet dining room, and multiple outdoor terraces overlooking the Córdoba countryside. The bilingual staff is trained to anticipate every need from arrival to departure.
All accommodation, gourmet meals (three per day), Argentine wines and beverages, and field transportation in air-conditioned luxury vans. Airport coordination is also managed by the H&H team.

Escondido specializes in pigeon hunting (March–August) alongside dove in western Córdoba. La Porteñita, our original lodge (est. 1991), is closest to the airport with the widest season (February–October).
