Buenos Aires and Mendoza are the two H&H combinations where the second region is neither hunting nor fishing, so a partner who doesn't shoot has a full itinerary to share instead of days to fill; Cast & Blast also swaps the second hunt, in that case for three guided fishing days. The Buenos Aires leg is 4 days at the Mio Hotel and includes a private three-hour city tour and a tango dinner show, with a day set aside on the itinerary for a private boat excursion to Tigre and lunch at Gato Blanco; the Mendoza leg is 4 days at Awasi with a bilingual host, private transfers throughout and six curated selections: Bodega Caro, Benegas, Casa Vigil, Cobos, Angelica Zapata and a Mallmann-style fire dinner. Ask H&H which meals and activities sit inside the package price, because both brochures list additional meals and activities as excluded. During the 4 Cordoba dove days the lodges run their own non-hunting programme: spa, infinity pool and wine cellar at Guayascate, horseback riding and a private chapel at La Porteñita, plus wine tastings, city tours to Jesús María and cooking classes.
H&H publishes the Cordoba plus Los Barcinos duck combination as seven days and the other five (Chischaca big game, La Pampa big game, Cast & Blast in Corrientes, Buenos Aires and Mendoza) as eight. Chischaca is the one to confirm in writing: the programme is sold as eight days, while its published itinerary runs a ninth day for the departure to Buenos Aires. Each pairs a 4-day Cordoba dove programme with a 3-day or 4-day second programme, and one travel day serves both regions. On the four journeys that open in Cordoba (Los Barcinos, Chischaca, La Pampa and Mendoza) that day is a morning shoot, lunch at the lodge and a private transfer to Cordoba Airport, with arrival at the second lodge the same day. On Cast & Blast and the Buenos Aires programme the order is reversed: the morning is the transfer out of Corrientes or Buenos Aires, and the afternoon opens the Cordoba programme with a half day of dove shooting. Either way the Cordoba leg keeps its four shooting days. International airfare is excluded, and every itinerary starts the day you land at the first destination, whether that is Cordoba Airport, Buenos Aires or the riverside lodge in Corrientes, so plan your flights from home on either side of those seven or eight days.
Each region has its own permit, but on the dove side the licence is already in the price: all six H&H combined programmes include hunting licences and gun rental for the 4-day Cordoba leg, the Los Barcinos duck leg includes its own hunting permits and guides, and Cast & Blast includes the Corrientes fishing licences. One piece of paperwork stays with you: bringing your own semi-automatic shotgun requires an entry permit obtained in advance from your Argentine Consulate, while over-and-under shotguns need no permit. Neither big game brochure, Chischaca in San Luis or Terra Pampa in La Pampa, lists hunting licences among what is included, so ask H&H who obtains the big game permit and whether it sits inside the package price.
It depends on the pairing: some programmes state it and others leave it to the proposal. Cast & Blast is the only one that lists a charter flight between lodges as included, and the brochure does not say whether that charter also covers the Corrientes to Cordoba crossing. The Chischaca programme explicitly excludes the round-trip domestic flight and the Buenos Aires airport transfers, and the Los Barcinos leg excludes commercial airfare. La Pampa and Mendoza describe a private transfer to Cordoba Airport for your onward flight without naming that flight either way, and on the Buenos Aires programme the crossing falls on day 4, a private transfer to the airport and a flight to Cordoba. All six brochures do offer charter aircraft between regions through Feeling Air, which is an option rather than an inclusion, so ask for the flight line by line in your proposal.
It depends on how that leg is flown. H&H owns its own charter airline, Feeling Air, and all six combined programmes can arrange charter aircraft between regions through it. On a private Feeling Air flight your firearms move with your group and H&H clears the documentation before you board. If the leg is flown commercially, the standard Argentine process applies: budget around $500 for licensed paperwork and allow at least 45 minutes at the airport in Buenos Aires. Your own semi-automatic shotgun also needs an entry permit obtained in advance from your local Argentine Consulate, while over-and-under shotguns need no permit. The published flight times cover the Cordoba routes, about 1.5 to 2 hours door to field from Buenos Aires Ezeiza and lodge-to-lodge hops that turn a 3-hour drive into 20 minutes, but no time is published for the Cordoba-to-second-region leg, so ask which aircraft flies yours and how long it takes.
It depends which of the two big game pairings you book. At Chischaca the last full hunting day closes with trophy handling and preparation, and the package includes trophy shipping and tags plus road freight to Buenos Aires, but not export shipping. At Terra Pampa in La Pampa the package includes trophy handling and field preparation and the final day coordinates it, while taxidermy and export fees are not included. Only the Chischaca brochure lists freight inside Argentina; the Terra Pampa list does not mention it either way. In neither case is the international leg part of the package price, so ask H&H who handles that last leg and what it costs.
H&H sets no minimum for Cordoba on its own: bookings run from a single day to a full week, and most trips are 3 to 4 shooting days. Inside the six combined programmes, though, the Cordoba leg is published as a fixed 4 days, so a shorter dove leg is something to request and have confirmed. All six programmes let you pair any of the three Cordoba lodges with any second region, and four of them (Los Barcinos, Chischaca, La Pampa and Mendoza) state that the itinerary is re-sequenced around your travel dates and group size. What is not published is a floor on the second leg, for example whether the 3 full hunting days at Chischaca or the 3 guided fishing days in Corrientes can be shortened, so send H&H your dates and the split you want to have it confirmed.
Yes on the lodge side, with the flights as the piece to settle early. Each Cordoba lodge is booked for exclusive use and has a ceiling: Guayascate takes 20 hunters in 10 rooms, La Porteñita 16 in 9 rooms and Escondido 16 in 8 rooms, and any of the three can be paired with any second region. The highest-capacity aircraft H&H publishes for Feeling Air is the 9-seat Cessna Grand Caravan EX, alongside an 8-seat Pilatus PC-12 and a 3-seat Cirrus SR-22, so a party of ten or twelve does not fit in a single aircraft and travels in more than one flight or on a commercial connection; ask H&H how they plan it for your group size. Sleeping capacity at the second-region properties is not published, so that side has to be confirmed before dates are held.
Choose any Cordoba lodge and pair it with the region of your choice. Every itinerary is re-sequenced around your travel dates and group size.
